Description

SOLD

This 19thC Inlaid Mahogany Lowboy is not only stylish but also an extremely useful piece of furniture. Benefiting from having a generous bow to the front, this piece stands very well. The three drawers are Satinwood crossbanded as is the top.

Further inlay can be found around the central arch as well the lower edge of the carcase, that complements the inlay to be found near the base of the legs. The legs themselves are of a good size making this a very stable table. The Mahogany has mellowed to a delightful hue and the piece has a nice level of patination.

Being of a relatively simple design, with some discreet visual embellishments this piece would work in many styles of décor.

Supplied with working key.
