This Fine Quality French Marquetry & Ormolu Mounted Occasional Table is a real delight on the eye. Standing on three ebonized legs that are themselves adorned with ormolu, that stands out so sharply when combined. The bottom tier is veneered in Tulipwood, with a central round feature of marquetry that consists of flora, musical instruments, and a rather fetching hat!

The curved sides of the table are crossbanded in Tulipwood, with a central marquetry panel. The top is made up of a particularly good geometric design, once again veneered in Tulipwood. The combination of the excellent use of veneer, plentiful ormolu and a very pleasing curved design make this a special table indeed.

Not only is it extremely decorative, making it sure to attract attention wherever it is placed in the home, but it is also of a very useable size.
