Georgian Inlaid Card Table

This stunning Georgian Mahogany Inlaid Card Table would be the talking point of any card game! With the gorgeous warm glow of the good quality Mahogany, enhanced by the numerous contrasting inlays and bandings to be admired. Starting at the top of the fine tapered legs with a Satinwood inlaid panel, leading onto an inlaid banding with the body of the leg inlaid with a Boxwood line with arch detail at the shoulder, to be finished off at the bottom by a very crisp spade toe.

The apron itself is inlaid with banding and veneered in a wonderful Curl Mahogany displaying fine figuring. The top has a Tulipwood crossbanding at the edge, and a wonderful broad Satinwood banding inside it leaving the wonderful Curl Mahogany to speak for itself in the middle.

With the double gate leg swung out at the back, the top can be opened to reveal the baized interior, with a Satinwood surround. The top, when opened up becomes a luxurious Octagonal playing area.
