Set Of 4 Inlaid Mahogany Edwardian Chairs

A superb set of 4 Highly Inlaid Mahogany Edwardian Chairs presented in excellent condition. With the combination of finely detailed carving alongside contrasting marquetry and inlay, these chairs have all the hallmarks of being exceptional quality pieces of furniture.

The chair bannisters are exquisitely carved with leaves, garlands and flowers, with the rich Mahogany setting off the Satinwood background of the marquetry panels superbly. The siderails and legs have line inlay to them along with harebell decoration to the faces of the legs, which themselves terminate in a very crisp spade toe.

The seats are upholstered in a sumptuous Mustard velvet, adding a very luxurious feel to the seat. Presented in superb condition.
